The Manitowoc undercounter units feature stainless steel exteriors with  aluminum interiors, self closing doors with a nice lock open feature when needed and push in magnetic gaskets. The refrigeration is forced air, which means fast recovery so it can be used on the cook line and a defrost timer is standard equipment so it will take heavy use.

All the undercounter and sandwich units feature coved corner interior construction for easy clean-up. They all come with two epoxy coated steel wire shelves per door opening and are adjustable in 1" increments. The best feature though is their WARRANTY. A full two years parts and labor on everything and an additional three years (for a total of five) on the compressor and evaporator.  That's twice as good as everybody else and that makes these a real deal.
